Microsoft has just released a new feature called Reset this PC from the Cloud - allows users to install new Windows with files downloaded from Microsoft servers, without the need to download additional installation files (ISO Windows). The advantage of this feature is that the device will not consume more space and the speed will occur faster.
Microsoft also noted that with the update Windows 10 20H1, feature Reset this PC from the Cloud will not work if your Windows has set some of the following optional features:
“EMS and SAC toolkit for Windows 10, IrDA, Print Management Console, RAS Connection Manager Administration Kit (CMAK), RIP Listener, all RSAT, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), Windows Fax and Scan, Windows Storage Management, Wireless Display, WMI SNMP Provider ”.
This feature has been released for testing for the first time in the build Windows 10 20H1 18970, and is expected to be introduced to global users in Q1 2020. Microsoft has allowed the user Insider Download and experience this ISO version at the link below:
REFER TO THE USE OF FEATURES RESET THIS PC FROM THE CLOUD
If you have already downloaded and installed the Windows 10 20H1 18970 build at the link above, follow these steps:
- Into the Settings> Update & Security> click the Recovery tab
- Here you will have 3 options, those who have cleaned Windows 10 with Cleanup will have 2 options: Reset this PC (reinstall this PC) and Advanced Startup (advanced boot).
- Click here Get started in the section Reset this PC, Windows will have two options for you: Keep my files (retain files on the machine) and Remove everything (Delete all files in the device). This depends on your choice, usually I choose Keep my files so as not to lose data in other drives.

- Next, Windows will allow you to choose 2 options: "Cloud download”- reinstall via Microsoft server and Local Reinstall - local reinstall). Click here Cloud download.

The next steps you just click Reset Confirm to install is complete. The device will automatically reboot and start installing Windows 10. This is an extremely useful feature, please try it out.
