overview


Mailing lists allow you to use a single address to send mail to multiple email addresses.



Create a mailing list


The system includes an interface that allows you to specify a name and password for the mailing list.



To add a new mailing list, follow these steps:




  1. Enter the name of your mailing list in the input field List Name



  2. Enter and confirm a new password in the appropriate text boxes.

  3. Choose one of the following security options:

    • Public - Separate archives exist for this mailing list. Administrators right registration approval and interface Mailman mailing list is not displayed.

    • private - Public archives exist for this mailing list. The subscriptions are opened and interface Mailman display list.



  4. Click on it Add to create a new mailing list.


After you create your mailing list, use the functions below to modify, delete, or change your password.



See current mailing list


Part Current Lists of the interface displays the mailing list on the account. To search for your mailing list, enter your keywords in the text box Search .



The following table describes the table Current Lists :




































Column


Description

List NameFull email list email address.
UsageDisk space used by mailing lists.
AccessUser level of access to mailing lists.





    • private - Private archives exist for this mailing list. Administrators right registration approval and interface Mailman mailing list is not displayed.

    • public - Public archives exist for this mailing list. The subscriptions are opened and interface Mailman show list.




AdminThe list of email addresses is separated by rows of mailing list administrators.
FunctionsAdministrative functionality for mailing lists (see below).


Manage mailing lists


To manage your mailing list, do the following:



  1. In section Current Lists view, scroll to the name of the mailing list.

    • You can also enter keywords in the box Search and click Go .



  2. In column Functions , press Manage next to the name of the mailing list.


After management interface Mailman appears, you can define the various configuration options.

Note: for your convenience, you can change the operating language by clicking "[Language options]”Select Vietnamese or the language you need to understand it more easily, press Submit Your Changes to manipulate.


Activate spam filter for mailing list


To enable spam filters for mailing lists, follow these steps:



  1. In section Current Lists , scroll to the name of the mailing list.

    • You can also enter keywords in the box Search and click Go .



  2. In column Functions , press Manage next to the name of the mailing list.

  3. In section Configuration Categories at the top, click Privacy options .

  4. Click on it [Spam filters] .

  5. Enter the filtering rule you want to apply. For more information, read how to create document Message filtering rules for mailing lists by cPanel.

  6. Click on it Submit your changes .

Change mailing list password


You can use this interface to change the password for mailing lists without the old password. This is useful, for example, to restore control of your mailing list if you forget or lose your password.


To change the password for your mailing list, do the following:



  1. In section Current Lists view, scroll to the name of the mailing list.

    • You can also enter keywords in the text box Search and click Go.



  2. In column Functions , click the link Change Password next to the name of the mailing list. A new interface will appear.

  3. Enter and confirm a new password in the appropriate text boxes.

  4. Click on it Change Password to activate a new password.



Delegate mailing list


You can delegate admin authority in the mailing list to specified list members. Delegates can approve messages pending approval.


To manage settings Decentralization on the mailing list, search for the name of the mailing list and click the link Delegation suitable .



Administer additional users


To delegate administration in the mailing list, follow these steps:



  1. In Available Users , select the user's email address to delegate administration.

  2. Click the right arrow button.

  3. Click on Save.


Remove admin rights from the user


To remove admin rights from an address in your mailing list, do the following:



  1. In the List Administrators , select the user's email address to remove admin rights.

  2. Click the left arrow button.

  3. Click Save.



Delete mailing list


To delete a mailing list, follow these steps:



  1. In section Current Lists view, scroll to the name of the mailing list.

    • You can also enter keywords in the box Search and click Go .



  2. In column Functions , press Delete next to the name in the list. A new interface will open up.

  3. Click on it Delete mailing list To confirm.





Tips for use:


You can register for an available member account using the form below



Or you can also register for group members by entering each email as a separate line in the member management settings.



And try sending mail to General Email (ie Mailing List address).
