
How to place WordPress widgets on pages or posts - If you've ever tried to place a Widget on a page or post, you'll know that no method built into WordPress is allowed to do so. But fortunately, we do not have to rely on what is integrated in WordPress!
We will show you how to add widgets to pages in WordPress using a plugin called Amr Shortcode Any Widget.
When we finish, you have the ability to display sidebars and gadgets wherever you want them on the page. This plugin makes creating shortcodes easy. Just drag, drop and copy.
Install Amr Shortcode Any Widget
Log in to the WordPress admin panel you own.
In the left column, drag to the link on the Plugins side, and click Add New.
In the search field, enter Amr Shortcode Any Widget.
Once located from the plugin, click on Install now.
When the plugin has finished installing, click Activate online.
Create Shortcode with Widget
The entire action takes place at the widget area. In the left column navigation, hover over the Appearance link and then click the link on the Widget side.
You will see that there is a new sidebar called Widgets for Shortcodes.
There are several ways to add widgets to Widgets for Shortcodes. First, you can drag widgets from the list on the left into Widgets for Shortcodes.
Or, you can click on the widget in the list at the left, select Widgets for Shortcodes, and click the Add Widget button.
In this example, we are adding an audio player extension. So after adding the widget to Widgets for Shortcodes, we will name it and select the audio file.
Then click the Save button.
You see that after we click Save, the shortcode for the widget is displayed.

Use Shortcode in a page or article
Copy the shortcode shown after you save the widget.
Open the page or post where you want to add the gadget in the editor. Add a shortcode block (or in the classic WordPress editor just paste the shortcode into the post or page).
Paste the short code into block and then click the Update button.
Now when you return to the page, the widget will be displayed.

In the left column navigation, hover over the on-line Settings link and click on the Shortcode Any Widget link.
You will see the list of posts or pages that use which widget.
The page also has some useful details on using shortcodes. This includes information such as how to add HTML as well as how to prevent widget titles from being displayed.
Other choice
There are several other plugins that you can also use to add widgets to posts and pages. Among those is SiteOrigin Page Creator. Page Builder is not just a WordPress widget plugin. But also a full featured page layout tool.
If you want the WordPress utility to use shortcode in the page, try the WordPress Aware Sidebars Plugin. The content recognition widget is allowed to display a different sidebar based on the content on the page or post.
